New This Season

The tax rules changed.
Your return should too.

Recent federal tax law added new deductions for a lot of everyday workers. If any of these apply to you, they belong on your 2026 return — and software alone won’t always catch them.

Tips

A new deduction for qualified tip income in eligible occupations.

Overtime

A new deduction for qualified overtime pay.

Car Loan Interest

A deduction for interest on qualifying new personal vehicle loans.

Age 65+

An additional deduction for qualifying seniors.

Income limits and eligibility rules apply. We’ll review your situation on your call — general information, not tax advice.

Tax Season Questions

Frequently asked.

Why file now if I can’t file until January?

Because January gets busy fast. Completing your intake now gets you on the calendar, gives you your personal document list ahead of time, and means your return can be ready to transmit as soon as the IRS opens e-filing.

When will I get my refund?

The IRS issues most e-filed refunds with direct deposit within about 21 days of acceptance. By law, refunds that include the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit can’t be released before mid-February, so those typically arrive in late February or early March. We’ll keep you updated on your status.

How much does tax preparation cost?

It depends on what’s on your return — a single W-2 is different from a small business with several 1099s. After you submit your intake, we’ll give you a clear quote before any work begins. You can pay upfront or have your fee taken from your refund.

Do I need to come in person?

No. Everything is handled virtually — intake, secure document upload, review call, and e-signature — so we can serve clients anywhere in the United States.

I haven’t filed in a few years. Can you still help?

Yes. We file prior-year and delinquent returns regularly and can help with any balances or IRS letters that came with them. Mention it on your intake so we can plan the right order to file.

Is my personal information safe?

We follow a written information security plan, collect documents only through secure channels, and never accept tax documents through social media messages.
